If you are not satisfied with QueryDeck for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Send an email to support@querydeck.app with your order number or the email address used at purchase. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
License revocation
Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated. You will no longer have access to QueryDeck features that require an active license. You may continue to use the free trial version or purchase a new license at any time.
After 30 days
Refund requests made after the 30-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We want every customer to be happy with their purchase.
